Open AI Summary

Summary: The documents describe a drug smuggling operation involving multiple planes and an airstrip near Puerto Rico. The airstrip is unimproved but well-traveled, and there is heavy drug activity at the location. The operation involves transferring drugs from a jeep or truck to one plane, and then transferring the drugs from that plane to another. One of the planes involved is a small white and light blue plane with the number "47" on it. The drugs will be transported from the Dominican Republic to New York by vessel after being dropped from two planes in the Dominican Republic. Only one of the planes will refuel in the Dominican Republic and continue on to New York. The documents also mention two aircraft at a larger commercial airfield and a smaller dirt runway airfield that will be involved in the smuggling operation. Additional details are provided about the appearance and activities of the aircraft and vehicles at the airfields.

Target airfield is an unimproved dirt airstrip. It is flat, smooth and well-traveled.
It is a horizontal strip with two inlets to it. There is heavy drug activity at this airstrip. It
involves either marijuana or cocaine. In this operation a transfer is made from a jeep or
truck to a plane. Then there will be a transfer from one plane to another plane.
One of the planes involved is a small white and light blue plane with the number
"47" on it. It is a newer type of plane, but small (six-seater or less). This aircraft will not
refuel during this operation. It will tranfer the drugs to another plane.071 G
The current acitivity at th is to supply planes for a drug smuggling
operation. Only two planes will carry drugs to the Dominican Republic for an air drop.
These planes will be in radio communications with eachother. They are superior,
shielded and armoured, aircraft in beautiful condition. The drugs will then be transported
by vessel from the Dominican Republic to their final destination (New York). Only one
plane will refuel in the Dominican republic. Only one of the two planes will go on to New
York. This man will not coming back. It is a very well planned / organized drug operation
 which will happen when expected.

There is one aircraft at Field One (a larger commercial type air field) and two
aircraft at Field Two (a smaller, dirt runway airfield) which will be involved with this
smuggling operation. The aircraft at Field One is a twin engined prop that is
predominately silver in color with large areas painted green and a wide blue strip about
half way down on the fuselage. There is a darl colored truck backed up to this aircraft.
There are two individuals sitting in the front of the plane discussing pending operations
and/or plans. There is a lot of activity within the vicinity of this aircraft though all of it is
not associated with the pending operation. The aircraft is parked in an are where
airplanes do not usually sit due to the difficulty of manuevering an aircraft into this
position (see diagram page 10). The aircraft sits in front of two large structures which
have a dirt road ro trail running between them. There is a compound of stacked objects
located behind one of the structures. The discision has not yet been made on whether
or not this aircraft is going to be involved with the upcoming operation. There is nothing

on board the plane at present but the truck is either carrying, or has been involved with,
narcotics in the recent past. The words AERO NUEVO are associated with
either the truck or a light blue aircraft nearby. There is a dark-haired, non-latino male
sneaking around the vicinity. He is standing next to a silver and black plane and is
getting into the undercarriage of this or another aircraft. He is very secretive about his
current actions. The first aircraft at Field Two is a twin engine plane that appears to be
amphibious. It is white with balck or blue stripes and is very new. This is its first use for
this intended purpose; that is, involvement with a smuggling operation. This plane will
land east of Puerto Rico in the near future. It is currently not carrying narcotics. The
second plane at Field tWO IS A single engine craft that is tan and white in color. It is
fairly new and is a private plane. This will be involved with an air drop. Actions will
involve either the twin engine plane from Field One and/or the smaller plane at Field Two
in an air drop operation. The twin engine amphibious craft will follow, land on the ocean,
and retreive the air dropped contraband. There is a sense that one or more of the aircraft
will be used as a "decoy" or to run interference for the operation in general.
