Open AI Summary
Summary:
The document describes remote viewing sessions conducted in July 1990 to gather information about a target vessel involved in illegal drug trafficking. The sessions reveal that there were transfers of drugs between different vessels, some of which were identified by phonetic expressions. A small, yellow/green fishing vessel acted as a go-between with the target vessel. The document also mentions the possible involvement of a second vessel previously identified in a different project. Another session describes the target vessel being intercepted and seized at a transfer point. Finally, the document mentions an experimental use of a "psychic shield" to avoid detection and instructs not to discuss this finding. All future activity will be closely monitored to confirm or disprove the use of this energetic shield.
