Open AI Summary
Summary:
A report from July 1990 discusses two remote viewing sessions conducted to describe a target vessel called SG1A, which is involved in the transport of illegal drugs. The report also mentions interest in determining the possible involvement of another vessel, known as Project 9038.
In the first remote viewing session, the target vessel, SG1A, was described as predominantly white with a green bottom. There was also something round, bright, and glowing on the vessel, and items were seen moving downward on a conveyor belt-like device.
The second remote viewer perceived a series of activities related to SG1A. These activities included a daytime transfer of illegal drugs to a medium-sized vessel called "Oro Negro/Negrita" on July 1, 1990. On July 2, 1990, there was a slow-moving, "hand-to-hand" transfer of drugs to a slow, large flat vessel. The second vessel of interest was phonetically expressed as "Bindar/Benny Dar." On July 4, 1990, a small yellow/green fishing vessel acted as a go-between for SG1A and a third vessel in the off-loading area. On July 6 and 7, 1990, a vessel called SG1B was observed on-loading drugs from SG1A using small fast vessels.
The report also mentions that a viewer recently reported the experimental use of a "psychic shield" to avoid detection. Further monitoring will be conducted to confirm or disprove the use of this shield.

1. (S/STD/NF) On 3 July 1990, two remote viewing sessions were
conducted to describe the target vessel bearing call sign,
SG1A The nature of the target vessel's interaction with other-
vesse s in the transport of contraband in the form of illegal
drugs, was also of interest. A determination of the possible
involvement of a second vessel previously identified as
(Project 9038) was also of interest to the requester.

2. (S/STD/NF) Remote fewer 052 described the target vessel
bearing the call sign, as being predominantly white
(superstructure), with a green bottom." "There is something
round, bright, and glowing on this vessel." Items moving
downward on a device resembling a conveyor belt appeared to be
the dominant activity aboard ship.
3. (S/STD/NF) Remote Viewer 018 perceived a series of
activities related substantially to the target vessel: On 1 July
1990, there was a daytime transfer of illegal drugs to a medium-
sized vessel phonetically known as "Oro Negro/Negrita." The
transfer took place at the geographical location provided by the
customer. On 2 July 1990, a slow-moving, "hand-to-hand" transfer
of illegal drugs to a slow, large flat vessel, took place. The
phonetic expressions of "Bindar/Benny Dar" surfaced during the
course of an effort to identify the second vessel of interest.
During the afternoon of 4 July 1990, a small, yellow/green
fishing vessel phonetically identified as the
"Burgon/Burgundy/Jorgon/Jordo/Gordo" acted as a go-between with
the target vessel bearing the call sign and a third vessel
found in the off-loading area. The vessel being on-loaded stayed
in the area for about four hours after completion of the on-

uses a call sign that starts with the letter "M." Remote Viewer
018 perceived the intercept and seizure of vessel (s) at the

4. (S/STD/NF) COMMENTS; Viewer 018 recently reported the
apparent experimental use of the equivalent of a "psychic shield"
to avoid detection. Viewer 018 was instructed not to discuss
this finding with anyone. Note that 018 is 052's trainer;
inadvertent disclosure could have influenced 052's detection of
the bright light around the target vessel. All future activity
will be closely monitored to confirm or disprove the use of a so
called energetic shield.
