1. (S/STD/NF) On 28 June 1990, Remote Viewer 018 conducted a
session to determine the current location of a target vessel
identified as the - The mission requirements included to
determine the ultimate destination of the drugs as well as to
determine the identity (ies) and descriptions of other vessels
involved.
2. (S/STD/NF) Remote Viewer 018 determined the location of the
target vessel as being at geographical coordinates, 10-301N/76-
15'W in an area located between Barranquilla and Cartagena,
Colombia. Except for a small amount of drugs destined for
personal use, no contraband in the form of illegal drugs were
found to be aboard ship. In view of these findings, 018
terminated the session.
3. (S/STD/NF) Assumedly, this target was the subject of a
collection effort pursued by the SUN STREAK team in Key West,
Florida. Lack of time and personnel precluded any further effort
against this target. However, 018 was advised that the vessel's
route of travel should have been pursued to determine possibly
where and when the target vessel might have on-loaded contraband
in the form of illegal drugs.
