Open AI Summary

Summary: This document is a report from the CIA's Stargate program, detailing the findings of three remote viewers (identified as 095, 003, and 018) in their attempts to gather information about a target vessel. 095 reported that the vessel is currently located north of Aruba and is carrying 8-10 kilograms of cocaine, which will be off-loaded in approximately 8 days west of Haiti. 003 reported that the vessel is moving in a north-northwest direction near St. Lucia Island and has recently off-loaded contraband narcotics. The final destination of the contraband is believed to be in southern Florida. 018 reported that the current location of the target vessel is at 15 degrees 5 minutes N / 62 degrees W, with no illegal drugs presently aboard. The drugs just delivered were described as a white, acrid-tasting powder. The transfer of the drugs has already been completed at sea to a larger ship, and the drugs are expected to be off-loaded in Texas, possibly Galveston or Houston. Despite minor discrepancies in the reports, it is concluded that the drugs will eventually reach the U.S.

SUBJECT: SUN STREAK REPORT -? 90%

 memorandum
 1. (S/STD/NF) On 21 April 1990, three remote viewers 095, 003, and 018
conducted one solo session each in an effort to answer requirements
 2. (S/STD/NF) 095 reported that the vessel is currently located north of
Aruba at 14856'N 70'W and is moving slowly at a heading of 338 degrees.
The vessel is carrying 8-10 kilograms of cocaine. The cocaine is wrapped
in several layers of waterproof material in a "metal bubble" welded in
place on the port-side of the vessel, near the bow, several feet below the
water line. The contraband will be off-loaded/transferred in
approximately 8 days (29 May?) between 2100-2400L at night at a location
west of Haiti at 180N 740 500. The destination of the contraband in the
US is South of Florida. The name "Keye-yah", "Kiya" phonetically surfaced
 in connection with the vessel.
 3. (S/STD/NF) 003 reported that the vessel is moving in a north-
northwest direction at 1405N/6155W, about 60 miles WNW of 8t. Lucia
Island. The vessel has a fish smell and a quantity of slimy crustaceans
aboard. The people aboard the vessel are feeling safe and secure. The
vessel is not at risk now. It had recently been carrying a risky cargo,
possibly contraband narcotics, but had successfully unloaded the material
and moved on. The vessel is now "clean" for awhile. Carrying the
material creates considerable anxiety amongst the crew and when it is no
longer aboard, they avoid thinking about "the next time," when they may
carry similar materials again. The "next time," is not yet scheduled. A
search indicated that the contraband they were carrying and recently off-
loaded, will eventually be off-loaded in the US in the vicinity of
2520N/8030W at the Florida coast SE of Florida City.

 4. (S/STD/NF) 018 reported that the current location of the target
 vessel as of 1:30 hrs on 21 May 90 is 15i? 5 min N / 62?W. There are no
illegal drugs presently aboard ship. The goods just delivered were a
white, acrid--tasting powder. The drugs just off-.loaded were wrapped in
plastic packages, which were approximately 2" X 10" X 10", and were kept
under a light blue plastic tarp of covering. The transfer has already
been completed at sea to a much larger ship which appears to have been a
passenger ship. The drugs will be off-.loaded in the US at Texas, probably
Qalveston or Houston, in the ship channel.
 5. In conclusion, 003 and 018 were within a similar vicinity for the
current location of the vessel. See attached map. These two viewers
reported that the vessel was carrying drugs which have already been off-
loaded, whereas 095 reported that the vessel is carrying drugs currently.
Whether the drugs were already off--loaded or not, the drugs will
eventually reach the U.S. 095 and 003 found the final destination to be
in the vicinity of southern Florida, whereas 018 reported Texas as the
 ultimate destination.
