Open AI Summary

Summary:
This document is from the CIA's Stargate program and provides a summary of a remote viewing session conducted on May 1, 1990, with viewer 052. The mission was to describe the target site, which was the Spacenet III Telecom satellite. The viewer struggled to perceive the surroundings of the satellite and eventually gave up, stating that it appeared as empty blackness. Feedback was given that the perception was correct and a break was taken to discuss the impact of hidden analytical overlay (AOL) and the importance of declaring everything in simplest terms. The document also includes a description of the target site as a structure with two bright round shapes and a square in the middle, with one of the corners missing or curved. There is a blue blob at the site surrounded by black, which appears to be empty. The structure may be moving and is described as being very smooth and having glass.

 1. (S/SP) MISSION: To describe the target site (Spacenet III Telecom
 satellite) in Stage 4 terminology.
 2. (S/Sly::) VIEWER TASKING: Encrypted coordinates only.
 3. (5/9K) COMMENTS: No Physical Inclemencies. 052 "relearned" several
old lessons on this target when tasked to describe the surroundings of the
satellite (there are no surroundings). Internal AOL and a desire to produce
information led 052 to struggle, and drove strong Al breaks. Finally, in
desparation, 052 gave up and said that trying to perceive the satellite's
surroundings produced only empty blackness. Immediate feedback of "correct"
was given, and a long break was taken, to discuss how a series of strong
Al's can sometimes be an indicator of hidden AOL (in this instance, the
natural expectance that something would be there), and that the only way
around such drive is to declare everything in simplest terms, and then take
a full break. A break was taken until late afternoon (hence the length of
time between start and end times).
