Open AI Summary

Four remote viewers conducted four solo sessions to gather information about a suspected narcotics smuggling vessel. The viewers were asked to determine the current location of the vessel, if it was carrying drugs, how the drugs were wrapped and stored, if it would on-load drugs on this voyage, where and when it would transfer or off-load the drugs, and any phonetic call signs associated with the vessel.

One viewer reported that the vessel was located at 18 deg 20 min N/75 deg 5 min W and was not carrying drugs at the time of viewing. Another viewer reported that the vessel was located at 16 deg N/72 deg W and was found to be carrying drugs wrapped in straw and paper packages. The drugs were located at the top of the stern near the deck line. This viewer also reported that the vessel was heading towards the Gulf of Mexico to off-load the drugs at 24 deg N/87 deg W. Two other viewers reported different locations for the vessel and provided some information about the presence of drugs, but did not provide off-load points or call signs.

Two enclosures are included with the memo, one showing the points provided by the viewers on a map, and the other containing the viewers' session summaries and EEI report sheets.
