 1.      (S/STD/NF)   On   18 April  1990,  three remote viewers  (011,
 025,and 079)   conducted a   total   of   3 SOLO  sessions   to answer
 requirements against the vessel known by call sign
 On 17   1640L APR 90 the   vessel was     located along the
 northeast coast   of the   Dominican Republic   at 19 N 69   W.     The
 target   vessel is     in   communication    with  a   control   station
 identified as 0'          The customer provided the following EEI:
 a.          Current location of  the vessel.
 b.    Describe the         type of   contraband on   ship, if any,  and
 determine  its  location on board.
 c.   Determine where,  when and with whom,        the contraband will
 be unloaded/transferred.
 2.     (S/STD/NF)    011 reported that the current   (18  1300-1515 APR
 90)  location of the vessel is 20 N 70 W  heading NW.    The vessel
 is   carrying   marijuana  'located   near the stern on the starboard
 side,   below   the   waterline.      The   vessel will offload     the
 contraband in the vicinity of Hollywood,       FL.
 3.     (S/STD/NF)   025 reported that the current  (18 1300-1400L APR
 90)  location   of    the   vessel   is 25   N  69   W, heading   in   a
 northwesterly   direction.      The   contraband   is located near the
 stern of the vessel, below deck above the waterline.     The vessel
 is will   offload the    contraband at 37 N 72 W near the Chesapeake
 Bay area.
 4.   (S/STD/NF)   079 reported that the current  (18  13004-1400L APR
 90)  location  of the vessel  is 19 N 76 W.   The vessel will travel
 north to 22 N   74 W  within 2-3   days.    The vessel   will offload
 contraband in   the Gulf  of Mexico   at Jefferson,  LA within  10-14
 days.    The name   "LOLA" or   "LOLITA" is      somehow associated with
 this smuggling operation either as a call        sign or second vessel.
 5.     (S/STD/NF)    At TAB A is   a map summarizing all the current
 locations    identified by the  viewers.  At     TAB B are the viewers'
 EEI sheets and session summaries.
