SG1A 1. (S/STD) Determine if the
is indeed carrying contraband
narcotics: Yes. It is in the form of "bricks" or blocks of white material
of a hard-plastic solidity. The drugs are in clear plastic baggies located
in selected large bags (+/- 50 lb. sacks) of kibble/grain/feed. The large
bags are the color of unbleached paper, with very dark blue-colored labels.
There was the strong impression that the drugs were not in the large bags
when they were on-loaded, but were placed there by personnel on the ship.
2. (S/STD) Determine the current location of the vessel: At the time of
the session (1115 hrs., 5 APR 90) the vessel was located in the general
area of 17 degrees N / 63 degrees W (see Fig. 1, Map, for X-marks).
3. (S/STD) Where is the narcotics contraband located aboard the vessel?:
The large feed/grain/kibble sacks are lined up along both sides of the hold.
There appear to be stacks of other bags which do not have drugs located in
between the two stacks which do (see Fig. 2, Diagram of ship).
4. (S/STD) Where will the off-loading/transfer of the narcotics take
place?: The transfer point is almo4t the same as the present location.
Transfer has already been made. There was a strong impression that the
drugs were not OFF-loaded, but ON-loaded from a submarine.
