Open AI Summary

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) sent a memorandum to DAMI-PO regarding the OER and EER for SG1J. They have forwarded the reports to the Army. The DIA will support DAMI-PO's oversight of DT-S by providing fund cites for each required TDY, as per DIA policy and the signed MOU. DAMI-PO needs to provide a purpose, itinerary, and justification for each TDY, and the DIA will provide fund citations in advance. They also require a copy of DAMI-PO's trip report after each TDY. For the two completed trips, it's too late to follow the standard procedure, so DAMI-PO needs to send the trip reports for reimbursement arrangements. This memorandum was approved for release in 2000.

 MEMORANDUM FOR DAMI-PO

 1. Thank you for reviewing the OER on and the EER on - SG1J
SG1J We have forwarded them on through the DIA personnel system to
 the Army.
 2. We'll be happy to support you on TDY required for your oversight of
DT-S. Rather than MIPR funds to ODCSINT, we will support your require-
ments by providing a fund cite for each required TDY. This is in
consonance with DIA policy, and the signed MOU which requires us to perform
intelligence oversight on the program. Consistent with similar require-
ments and DIA procedures, if you will provide us a purpose, itinerary, and
justification for each TDY, we will provide a fund cite for use for each
TDY in advance of the travel. After the travel is completed, we will
require a copy of your trip report also.
 3. For the two trips already completed, 1t is of course too late to
provide the fund cites per the standard procedure. Therefore, if you will
send us a copy of your trip reports from those TDYs, we will be happy to
review them and make reimbursement arrangements accordingly.
