3. BACKGROUND: Project involves a contraband narcotics

4. ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF INOFRMAT ION: -
A. Describe in as much detail. as possible Vessels A and B.
B. Within the borders of the given area on Map 1, determine
location where transfer of narcotics from B to A will occur, and
if possible date and time of transfer as well.
C. Within the the borders of the given area on Map 2,
determine where Vessel A will offload its cargo of narcotics.
D. HF radio is expectd to be used during the operation.
Determine to the best of your ability frequencies, callsigns, and
languages to be used.
5. COMMENTS: EEI are listed in order of importance. If
requested search locations are not within the borders indicated,
please so state.
