REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-81
#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 25 June 1981;
mission time is 1300 hours.
PAUSE
#14: All right #27.5 the time is now 1300 hours. Your mission
for today is to go to the US Embassy represented by the
photo that you saw, and within that US Embassy is a room
or rooms apprising the target area of which we are interested.
I would like you now to go to that area represented on the
schematic in the Embassy, and determine if there is anything
in this specified area that US Intelligence should be
concerned about.
#27.5: Just a minute I have an
impression of a multi-.....multi-purpose
+05 environment here. One room is very formal, plush type...
plush like office. Impression of a gold rug... ......
Other room is more like a reception area. Get an
impression it's, it's different. It's like something
might have been found there before...in the past
Just a minute.
#14: Okay.
PAUSE
#27.5: Keep winding up by one of the entry doors. Sense that
there's a alarm device of some kind. Getting a plate on
the floor or under the edge of the rug, or something.
I see something by a door under the edge of a rug with a
wire coming off of it, and it's some kind of a alarm device.
I see....things in the ceiling, but....not sure what they
are...some foreign electronic device....it's possible it's
a sensor of some kind but it's in plain view.
PAUSE
+10 #27.5: Get an impression.of a bucket shape or something that
had to do with a bucket. It's a decorative bucket.
It's not a cleaning type bucket. This is more like a
ice bucket or something like that. Like a decorative
thing you'd have on a bar. It's black and wood and....

#27.5: now, I don't know why I'm getting the impression
of bu
PAUSE
#27.5: Seeing something looks like a....decorative section of
wood. I don't know where it is. It's got a very high
relief to it. Sort of like it's unfinished. I don't
get any idea what its function would be
It's very large, 4 feet wide, long, can't tell how long,
but long
PAUSE
+15 #27.5: Telephone's associated to it, but I don't know how.
I don't see the telephone, I just get a telephone
association.
PAUSE
#27.5: That's all I'm getting. I'm not getting anything else.
#14: Okay. Did you pick up any impressions at all of anything
that we should really be concerned about in that area?
PAUSE
+18 #27.5: Only...not actually, I get an impression that it's
out-of-bounds area, an off limits area of some kind.
It's like people have been told it's off limits, out-
of-bounds. I don't know. I get a feeling of concern
or worry about one of the two rooms...the smaller, but
I can't identify why. I don't know if it's just
overlay of my own (mumble)or what it is. I don't know.
...keep asking that question and keep getting a worrisome
feeling about the smaller of the two rooms
That's all I'm really getting.
#14: Okay. I have no further questions. We'll pause at
this time.
#27.5: Okay. In reviewing here by drawing, what I've done is
I've drawn a two room area and I've added a third room to
the left, and I wrote a note in here that says, "Cannot
decide which is a formal office area, and which is a
communications room." I almost get a feeling like I went
to the wrong office off to the side here to the left.
We'll call it area A instead of area B and C which was
a target area I presumed. B is definitely a desk
reception type area where there's some work done, and C
is definitely got a gold rug in it. Now, either C or A

#27.5: is a corn room; it's a communcations type room. I
perceived alarming type devices either on or in the
floor in the entry door areas of both B and C. I got
nothing of white walls. No windows. It's a very, very
closed in feeling, and at the same time I had this
feeling that it was like an off limits area or exclusion
area...almost all the personnel involved in this Embassy.
Then, this bucket thing is like a decorative ice bucket
or something. Some form like that. It's wood and black,
and it's sitting somewhere. When I was looking for things
to be concerned about this is what .I was getting. Now,
I don't know if I'm concerned because it's about to fall
off a counter somewhere or something. These are just
impressions I was getting. The decorative wood, I change
to decorative wood or metal design, because I'm not
really sure it was wood, but it's a very decorative design
like this. You know, different plains in its construction
and different decorative lines running through it. I don't
know where this is either, but I got that associate to the
feeling that's something to be concerned about. Now,....
I had a feeling when you were asking me, is there anything
here that you should be concerned about, that I'm not....
it's a new feeling, so I'm not entirely sure how to
describe what the feeling is.
It's almost like a feeling of, yes, there is, but only
sometimes. It's like a feeling that the threat comes and
goes. And, if that's the case, then I would probably be
concerned about someone entering and leaving this area.
I would be suspect of someone entering and leaving this
area. As, like...for instance, maybe they're wired in
some way. I don't know how to explain the feeling, but
it's a threat that comes and goes here. It may be a
localized device that's carried in and left for only
a 24-hour period and picked up, which would really astound
me if it was. But, that's the kind of feeling that I got.
And, that just about sums it up. Anymore questions?
#14: Got anymore answers?
#27.5: Nope. We'll terminate the session.
#14: Okay.
