 Enclosed is the memo we discussed on Sun Streak
 to implement the MIB decision.             agrees
 with it, except he wants to have OER/appraisal
 signature authority.  Per our personnel folks, we
 can't do that since they're DIA people still at
 Ft Meade.  This lets him review the OERs and
 appraisals though, so it's workable.

 1.   In accordance  with a recent MIB decision, operational control of
 the   sub'ect   ro ram  has  been  transferred  to  the  Army   Staff.
 DAMI-P0, is  the focal paint on the  rogram.
 All inquiries on the program should be referred to

 2.  Intermittent DT support for the program, in the person of
 -         -       may  be required for the next few months.  Please estab  s  t e
 necessary procedures to have           available  for  periodic con-
 sultations as necessary, consistent with his normal workload.
 3.   The program staff will remain assigned to DIA for the duration of
 S G11     the test program this  fiscal year.   The  manpower authorizations are
