SUMMARY OF INFORMATION 
The fugitive's route of travel is indicated at ENCLOSURE 1. 
He will travel west through the Yellowstone National Park and 
into Montana. He will then travel north for a short distance and 
double back in an easterly direction in the state of Montana 
above the Wyoming border towards his ultimate (near term) 
destination of Biddle, Montana. 
The fugitive correctly suspects that he has been sighted. He 
intends to pursue his route of travel on foot utilizing camp 
grounds and even camping out in the wild. He is determined to 
avoid establishing a trail of activity (evidence of signature, 
receipt, car rentals hotel/motel rentals). 
Within the framework of his current and projected plans, the , 
,fugitive is highly susceptible to being apprehended via a 
helicopter search. 
Noted that the fugitive's route of march will eyentually 
bring.him through the Big Horn, an indian Crow 'reservation.
