This document is a CIA memorandum from 1989 regarding the SUN STREAK operational report. The report discusses remote viewing sessions conducted to determine the key function of target SG1A. However, there is a lack of correlation in the results provided by the remote viewers. Additionally, there is mention of an activity conducted in secrecy, referred to as "B", which caused skin conditions, lesions, and paralysis of the pulmonary system. Approximately seventy personnel were involved in this activity, which produced a small quantity of pollutants. Subjects appeared to be fearful and reluctant volunteers who received some form of treatment. The document also mentions Building "C" being associated with biological testing, with the presence of reagents being used repetitively on a daily basis and stored in drums with a greenish tinge. The document indicates that sensitive intelligence sources and methods were involved.
