SUMMARY OF INFORMATION 
USMC LTC William (Rich) Higgins appears to be continually on 
the move. His route of travel appears to lead from Dirdghayya, 
to Al Oantarah, to An Nabaliyah al Fawka, and finally to Mazra at 
ayn bu Si war. See ENCLOSURE 1. He appears to be moving in a 
generally northerly direction. 
Terry Anderson is currently located in an area known as Al 
Balat. See ENCLOSURE 
Terry Waite is currently located at Rimhala. See ENCLOSURE 
Joseph Cicippio and Alan Steen continue to be located in the 
vicinity of Oal at ash Shadif, the area known as Chateau 
Beaufort. See ENCLOSURE 4. 
Robert PA ill is currently located at Kafr Rumman. See 
ENCLOSURE 5. PA ill remains seriously ill. 
Frank Reed is currently located at the "military barracks" 
with European hostages. It seems at this time however that

At some time in the future, the use of "AWAC" will prove
