Open AI Summary

This document is a report from the CIA's Stargate program, specifically from Project Sun Streak. The session described in the report was focused on accessing and describing a target structure using photo imagery. The viewer experienced some physical discomfort during the session but was able to access the interior of the structure before being taken outside. There was a tendency for the viewer to focus on the same site as a previous session. Due to time constraints, a proper search was not conducted.

The viewer's summary of the target structure indicates that it is a large, hollow building surrounded by smaller structures. The main structure is made of thin metal over a metal frame with large openings at both ends. The smaller structures have standard size openings for doors and windows. Antennas of different styles were observed in the vicinity of the structure. Inside the main structure, there is a presence of high pressure lines, cylinders, tubes, pipes, panels, chairs, and desks. People wearing masks and protective suits were seen working in the structure, which appeared to be associated with assembly, production, and construction of something hazardous or dangerous.

Other observations include discussions of funding, strategy, and methodology in the smaller structures, as well as a key event in the future that may involve an attack on a government target of national value.

PROJECT NUMBER: 8904 SESSION NUMBER: 01
DATE OF SESSION: 06 FEE 89 DATE OF REPORT: 06 FEB 89
START: 1034 END: 1140
METHODOLOGY: CRC/ VIEWER ID: 07.2
1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: To access and describe a target structure shown in
overhead photo imagery.
2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: "Access and describe the target site at
encrypted coordinates: 428013/839461."
(S/NF/SK)3. COMMENTS:
a. Inclemencies: Fatgiue and cough.
b. 032 first accessed the interior of the structure, then was taken
back outside. First site contact appeared to be solidly in touch with the
proper structure, so the session was continued. There was a strong tendency
on 032s part to drift to the same apparent site as 011 had in the session
just before this one. Apparent AOL took over, and the session was finally
ended with the question of the event. Due to time constraints with this
target, a proper search was not conducted at this time.

In some o+ the outlying offices (inside the smaller
sLructur there is great deal of planning and discussion
ongoing. Some of the poirceptions present at these meetings
are discussions of funding, stratedy, and methodology for
employment.
Personnel at the main sti-ucture hf.ten wear masks with
.i.Lt.i..rs and protective suits.
The key event associated with the struc.ture seems to
in the future and appears to be related to the
jesb.ucLion via some kind of "attack" on a dovenment
tai-qet of naLional value.
