SUBJECT: SUN STREAK Report - Second Quarter CY 88 (U)

1. (S/SK/WNINTEL) In pursuance of SUN STREAK's operational
intelligence mission, the following reports reflect the results
of activity pursued by the Prototype Operational Group (POG) for
the reporting period:
a. (U) At TAB A is the Quarterly Production Report.
b. (U) At TAB B is the Quarterly Project Report.
c. (U) At TAB C is the Quarterly Utility Assessment
Report.

3. (S/SK/WNINTEL) completed Stage III training of
the Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) methodology during the last
week of June 1988. ompleted training in the
Extended Remote Viewing (E .me aodology in early June 1988.
will start CRV training during the week of 11 July
1988. WRV will continue to be utilized extensively in an effort
to determine its effectiveness while employed in a search mode
and in a future mode. Projected dates of release affecting the
hostages have been repeatedly delayed and rescheduled. The most
recent indicators predict that the release of the hostages has
been postponed by another five to six weeks. Events as remote-
viewed in future time, seem to be subject to many elements that
skew the accuracy of the prediction. The greater the time span
addressed and the more involved the players and the events, the
greater the room for error. In any case, information provided to.
date appears consistent with other intelligence findings;
therefore, WRV will provide weekly updates on the continuing
expectations regarding the release of the hostages until such
time as their actual demise is confirmed by credible sources.
4. (S/SK/WNINTEL) Forty sessions conducted by five remote
viewers in a solo mode against an event of historical
significance was recently completed. An ongoing in depth, in-
house analysis of this effort will be completed in mid-July 1988.
