Open AI Summary

This document is a report from the CIA's Stargate program, specifically from Project Sun Streak. The session was conducted using Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) methodology and focused on locating Terry Waite and determining the direction to his location in Lebanon. The session identified a church near the target's location, with the sound of trains being noticeable. The report also mentions a government dispensary in the same area that matches the description of the target building. The document concludes by suggesting that the use of a street map would be helpful for future work on this project.

WARNING NOTICE: INTELLIGENCE SOURCES AND METHODS INVOLVED
PROJECT NUMBER: 8806 SESSION NUMBER: 1
DATE OF SESSION: 16 FEB 88
 START: 0841
 METHODOLOGY: CRV
DATE OF REPORT: 16 FEB 88
 END: 0954
 VIEWER IDENTIFIER: 011
 1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: See tasking data sheet, attached.
 2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: The entire session was conducted
utilizing Stage 6 tools in conjunction with a map of Lebanon
(supplied). The session was conducted in four parts:
 1) Using the horse racing track (335245N/353045E) as a reference
point, 011 determined the direction to Terry Waite-present location.
(see diagram labeled w/s 1). It was determined that the location was
to the east of the river and that a church was nearby. Also, the
sound of trains was noticeable at this location; but O11 feels that
the church is nearer to the target than the RR.
 2) 011 was next directed to use the stadium (335325N/353250E) as
a reference point, again determining the direction to the target
person's location. The location and direction are indicated (on w/s
2). 011 was next asked to determine the general direction, from
Waite's position, of the church that which was perceived earlier.
 This was labeled, also.
 3) Worksheet (w/s) 3 was used in an attempt to get a better
directional fix on the church. 011 had difficulty with this because
there seems to be several churches in the area and in the same general
 direction from the target.
 4) O11 was next instructed to turn attention completely to the
church which had been originally perceived. Sketches and descriptions
of it may be found on pages 4-5. This church is located within blocks
of the target's locations; which, based upon the data, appears to be
somewhere in the vicinity of 335340N/353230E (in the BURJ HAMMUD
 district of the city).
3? (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: Please note that there is a government
dispensary in this section of the city which, based upon earlier work
 (Viewers 095 and 011, both on 5 Feb 88 [Target #50561) could match a
description of the target building. Subsequent sessions will be used
to reacquire further describe the target building exterior (see 011
session on 5 Feb 88/target #5056). Future work on this projected
could be greatly assisted through the use of a street map!
