Summary:
This memo, dated November 22, 1987, is from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) regarding an operational report on the SUN STREAK project. During the period of October 26 to November 18, 1987, four remote viewers conducted seven remote viewing sessions. The target site was described as a building located within a complex of partially completed rectangular buildings, with several antenna-like structures nearby. The target building appeared as a metallic, round-roofed quonset-hut with three main compartments. The remote viewers observed young people engaged in a low-key research activity related to electrical or electronic systems. A large power converter/generator transmitted energy to secondary systems dominated by long tubular objects and an energy-related activity performed by personnel wearing white smocks. The target structure was part of a country-wide reporting network of stations involved in a geophysical-related endeavor. The memo requests an assessment of the intelligence value and use of the information obtained through this project.

 2. (S/NF/SK) The target site is located in a rocky and hilly
area with a small winding body of water observed nearby. The
target structure is a building located within a complex of
partially completed rectangular buildings. Several structures
resembling "inverted V's", possibly antennas, were observed in
the same general area. The target building is a metallic, round-
roofed, quonset-hut appearing edifice that seemed divided into
three main compartments. A predominant number of somewhat young
people were involved in a technical, research activity directly
related to electrical or electronic systems. Viewers described
the research activity as somewhat of a low-key effort of
apparent, dawdling significance, a showcase effort motivated by
reasons of political self-aggrandizement. A huge power
converter/generator transmitted energy to a set of secondary
systems whose presence functionally dominated the target
building. These secondary systems were identifiable by the
presence of long tubular, '"cigar-shaped", "submarine-shaped"
structures/objects and an energy-related activity conducted in an
iri assembly-line manner by personnel wearing white smocks. The
tubular apparatus were permanently clamped and fastened fn place,
Personnel monitored, controlled, analyzed, and recorded the
results of energy-related activity. The repeated presence of
conceptual white and blue farms of energy were noted. The target
