Open AI Summary
The document is a session report from the CIA's Stargate program, specifically Project Sun Streak. The session took place on October 23, 1987, and the target country is not specified. The session utilized the technique of Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) with the "FF" protocol. The source in the session perceived a large amount of air activity between October 23 and October 31, 1987. The activity seemed to be related to patrolling, response, or show of force. The source also perceived the presence of an older type mine suspended in shallow water near the southwestern coast of the Gulf, close to the border of Kuwait-Saudi Arabia. The mine was believed to have been thrown overboard from a small boat during the hours of darkness. The source predicted that a small-to-medium size American warship, acting as the lead vessel, would be struck by the mine on its way to Kuwait, forward and starboard. The casualties and extent of damage were not perceived, and the response to the action was also not perceived. The source also mentioned a vague impression of an explosion in Kuwait, but couldn't ascertain its associations or placement in time. There was also a strange impression of some air activity being connected to Israel, but it was labeled as AOL. The document indicates that this was the first operational task undertaken by the trained source. The document ends with the signature of the source, identified as CPT, USA.

2. (S/NF/SK) Source Tasking: (See cover sheet)
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Centered around the time "window" 23 October
1987 to 31 October 87 I perceived a large amount of air activity,
mostly of a "patrolling", "response" , or "show of force" nature (but
see below). The perception arose of a (older type) mine, suspended at
a depth in relatively shallow water; it had been here since at least
the beginning of the target time window. I had the impression that it
had been thrown overboard from a small boat during the hours of
darkness. It lies not far from the southwestern coast of the Gulf,
very near the border of Kuwait-Saudi Arabia. This mine will hit a
small-to-medium size American warship (acting as the lead vessel) as
it proceeds along the coast in the direction of Kuwait. The ship will
be struck forward and starboard. Casualties and extent of damage were
not perceived. Also, response to this action was not perceived. (At
one point during the session, there was the vague impression of an
explosion in what seemed to be Kuwait, but I could not ascertain its
associations nor placement in time--it could have been a recent event.
Also, there was the strange impression that some of the air activity
had something to do with Israel, but this I must perforce label AOL.
Something--an agenda outside the tasking but connected to "air
activity" --seems to be taking place during the period of interest.
4. (S/NF/SK) Comments: Although I am a trained source, this was the
first operational task that I have undertaken.
