 (C)  14 July 1987,       DT-ACO, presented a briefing on
 Soviet Psychoenergetics  Research  to Col  Henry Shinol,  USAF,  Deputy
 Assistant Chief of Staff, Studies and Analysis.  The briefing reviewed
 soviet research in this field, with emphasis on the recent integrated
 efforts of several U.S.S.R Academy of Science laboratories.  Col Shinol
 was very  interested  in  this  topic,  and expressed an  interest for
 additional details ort some   aspects of the Soviet Research.
