1. (S/NF/SK) Tasking: See original tasking data sheet, attached.
Instructions for this session were to obtain a (S6) perspective of the
area and its associated structures.
2. tS/NF/SK) Session: Session began in S6 after a review of an
earlier source sketch (Xerox copy attached). Source was directed to
sketch and label (on a separate S6 work sheet) all structures within an
eight-kilometer radius. Monitor feels confident that this was another
good session for #003.
3. tS/NF/SK) Summary: (Refer to source sketch on page 2a; source
perceives North to be in the direction of the right edge of the page).
The dotted line is the general outline of the "test" area. The
structure labeled #4 is within this area. From the .source description
it could be taken to be an observation bunker. The- area labeled #3 has
a strong concave dimensional element connected with it (cables here
also); it may or may not be a structure. Source describes structure #5
as inconsequential. Structure #2 was described at length by source in
his 20 Mar $7 session, tthe large, "deep" structure). Area #1 seems to
be a small complex of structures (buildings). One unusually-shaped
building here was first described by source at the beginning of his 1$
Mar 87 session. Source feels that all of these structures/areas are
mutually related but may have served different purposes in the past.
Here are more data relating to an actual test at this site: At a
distant facility (see sketch on p.5a), a specially-outfitted truck is
loaded with only a few of these safeguarded, sealed devices which are
then transported to the test area. A single device is "emplaced" and
set off, producing a "pop" which is not violent enough to be an
explosion. There is a resulting translucent cloud
(white/grey/green/grey) of caustic, corrosive "precipitate" which,
source states, is generally "inimical to biafunctions" ; it has. a
