Open AI Summary
This document is a report from a Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) session conducted as part of Project Sun Streak. The session took place on December 12, 1986, and the report was also generated on the same day. The session number was CRV-02, and the source identifier was RV-003.
According to the report, the tasking for this session can be found in the original tasking data that is attached to the document. The operations officer believes that the source may have correctly identified a central theme of the mission, which is the possibility of technical tampering.
During the session, the source performed excellently according to the monitor's opinion. The session began in S4 after the source probed ideograms produced in CRV-01. Then, in S6, the source was instructed to draw a "bubble" around an object they had perceived and described while following a timeline of the information passing in and out of the bubble.
The summary of the session reveals that the site being targeted is involved in an event or project that progresses through planning, preparation, execution, and concurrent evaluation stages. There is a moving object that appears to be in flight, receiving data in the form of information that acts to verify, control, divert, supervise, and verify status. There is also mention of a concept called "strict performance envelope." The project has a sense of quasi-legality, as the people at the site believe that their activity would be frowned upon by a third party if they found out about it. Although there may be a feeling of betrayal or unfairness, the people at the site still feel the necessity to conduct it, believing that the ends justify the means.
The feedback given to the source was that the session was excellent.

1. (S/NF/SK) Tasking: See original tasking data, attached. Ops
officer is of the opinion that this source may have correctly identified
a central "theme" of this mission, to wit, that the idea of technical
"tampering" may be present.
2. (S/NF/SK) Session: In monitor's opinion, source was definitely
"on line" and performed excellently. Session began in S4 after source
probed ideograms produced in CRV-O1. S6 followed with source being
instructed to draw a "bubble" around the object that he had perceived
and described while, at the same time, following along a time line the
information passing in/out the bubble.
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: Site involves an event or project which
proceeds in stages; planning, preparation, execution and concurrent
evaluation. A moving object, which seems to be in flight, receives
information in the form of "data". This data acts to "verify",
"control", "divert", "supervise", and "verify status". The concept of a
"strict performance envelope" is included here, also. The project has
the sense of "quasi-legality" in that the people at the site feel that
their activity would be "frowned upon" by a "third party" if they became
aware of it; it would "evoke a feeling of betrayal or unfairness as
[the activity] is occurring even though the perpetrators said that it
wouldn't based upon mutual agreement". However, the people at the site
"felt the necessity to conduct it nevertheless-ends justify the means".
