Open AI Summary

This document is a report from the CIA's Stargate program on a session conducted on July 31, 1986. The session involved an ERV (Extra Sensory Perception) session, where a psychic source was tasked with obtaining information about a target site. The source was instructed to go to the same site as before and report on a different area of interest. During the session, the source described a large fenced-in building near the ocean, with two other buildings inside. The source also described a cupola-like building with a cast iron object and a piano-like object inside. There was confusion about the layout of the building and the presence of a thin, white, plastic-like table with chairs. The source then reported re-targeting themselves to an area resembling a "bookie joint" with a long table against the wall, resembling an electronic technician's workshop. On the table was a tubular object resembling a submarine sandwich, designed to improve an existing system. The source also mentioned impressions of Gulf Port, Mississippi, the New England sea coast, and Italian chefs. The report includes other raw and unevaluated data, such as a well-tended landscape near the target site and artificially clean and cooled air within the cupola-like building. The source also reported movable shelves and described the desks as having a small house-like appearance, with references to logistics, console, shipment, and monitoring. The object being worked on at the table was described as chock full, fragile, and tapered at both ends, with references to condensing, enhancing, and increasing range. The report concludes with operational feedback that the source is making progress but still needs to focus on the target's actual content, and the source will be instructed to move near the harbor used for storage and describe the contents in the next session. No other cueing or descriptive data will be provided.

 1. ( ) TASKING: In addition to data provided in initial session
pre-briefing, (see SPR -001-86, SAB, referenced above), the interviewer was
told that it appeared that Source had successfully acquired the general area
of the site but had not, as yet, begun reporting on the specific tasking, e.g.,
the nature of the material being stored at this facility. Therefore the
interviewer was directed to retarget the Source by informing him to "go to
the same site as before where you described a cast iron object. When you
get there disregard the object and move around the entire site. There is
another gestalt that is of interest to us and that is what we want you to
report on". Just prior to the actual session, the Source was again provided the
same encrypted coodinates given during the initial session with no other cueing
or descriptive data except as stated above.
 2. ( ) SESSION: There were no unusual occurrences, incl8.mencies or
external environmental conditions known to the interviewer which may have
influenced the results of this session. The session was conducted utilizing
 only standard ERV protocols.
 3. ( ) SUMMARY:
 1
 a. ( ) (The following narrative contained within quotation marks is
an abridged copy of Source's post-session written summary. This summary has been
editorialized, (as.indicated), by the undersigned, for clarity, grammar and
structure. The actual unabridged summary is maintained in the mission
field dossier at this location along with other material produced during
this session, e.g., sketches, notes, etc)." (The) site is a large fenced in
building by (the ocean). (There are) at least two other buildings inside (this)
fence line. One (of these buildings) resembles a cuppola (and is located)
between (one of the) buildings and the sea. Entering the cuppola (lpke building),

I see (a) large object, taller than a man. (As I ) move away (from this object)
I (see another) object (resembling) a piano. (This) object takes on some of the
attributes of the (larger) object (and they) are possibly related (in some way).
(I am confused) by the number of angles and corners ( in the building). Perhaps
I am not in the cuppola (like building). (I see) a long, low, thin, white,
plastic like table. (There) are chairs on both sides of the table. (The) table
is too thin ( narrow) to be functional.
I (re-target myself) to (acquire) the area of (specific.) interest (and)
I see an area (resembling) a "bookie joint." (There is) a long table against
(the) wall. (The) table (resembles) an (electronic technician's) workshop.
(By) the right leg of the table (there) are three men concentrating intently
(on an object on the table) while moving and manipulating their hands. (They)
are bent over the table. On the table is an object that looks like a twelve foot
long "submarine sandwich". It was tubular (in shape) and encased (in something).
(The object) is designed to improve something that already exists. It will
improve the capability of (an) existing system.
During the session, I got (a feeling) of (impressions) Gulf Port Mississippi,
(the) New England sea Coast and Italian Chefs."
 b. ( ) During the actual session, Source reported other data
which may impact on the final assessment of this target.. That data is listed
 below in raw unevaluated form:
 (1) ( ) An impression of a well tended landscaped garden
area in the vicinity of the target site.
 (2) ( ) The air within the cuppola-like builidng seems to be
 artificially clean, arid and cooled.
 (3) ( ) Within the building there are movable shelves, like
 bookcases on wheels.
 (4) ( ) The "desks" referenced in Sources's narrative summary
were described as having a cubed shape on the bottom with a curved triangular
shape on the top giving the overall impression of a small house (dog-house)
appearance. Significant reference words for the "desks" included: "logistician,"
"console," "shipment," "saddlebags (sic),"transferring to ships," "establishing
linkages," "shuffling," "monitoring" and visual impression of a small game board
with lights connecting "dot to dot to dot-to dot, etc." q'
 (5) ( ) The object being worked-on at the table (referenced in $
Source's summary) was further described as: "chock full," "tapered at both ends,"
"malleable," and "fragile,' Other significant reference words for this object
included: "condensing," "concentrating," "enhancing (an important reference),"
"development," "chastisement" and "questioning." This object is described as
a portion of a system which cannot, in itself, be used alone, but in conjunction
with other systems for enhancement and "increasing range (reach)."
 4. ( ) OPS FEEDBACK: Source continues to evade the actual targetting,
e.g. what is being stored in the buildings at the given coordinate. He does,
however, seem to be picking away at the peripheral "noise" as he, hopefully,

moves towards the site specific tasking. Just prior to the next session, Source
will be told to move to the buildings, "near the harbor used for storage and describe
the contents." This is not considered inappropriate cueing since Source has
on his own, reported one target as being next to the sea, consisting of
multiple building, containing multiples of the same items, e.g., "desks,"
"bookcases" etc. By progression then, the implied inference is a port with
storage buildings. No other cueing or descriptive data,.other than that
provided above and the original coordinaltes will be provided. Following
this session Source was not told the time or date of the next session.
