 SUBJECT:    CENTER LANE/DRAGOON ABSORB           Briefing  to  Congressional
 Intelligence  Committee  Staff  Members-21         Feb  85
 1.     (S/NF/WNINTEL)   On  21      February 1985  LTC  Buzby  participated
 in  a  joint  CENTER   LANE/DRAGOON  ABSORB          briefing  presented  to
 Staff  Memebers of  the    Senate  Select      Committeee for  Intelligence
 (SSCI)  and  the  House  Permanent Select        Commitee  on Intelligence.
 The    briefing  and  follow-on  question  and     answer  period  began  at
 1640   hours and  ended  at  1940  hours.  The     briefing  took  place  in
 the    DIA  Conferenece  Room  in  the  Pentagon.     Present  at    the
 briefing were:

 2. The    "formal"  part                of  the presentation  consisted  of  a
 historical  overview  of  the          DOD  psychoenergetic        program presented
 by  Dr.  Vorona  and a review               of  successful remote  viewing  examples
 presented  by    LTC  Buzby.           The briefing  was  informal  and was    often
 interrupted   by   questions  and               comments from the  audience. The
 brieifng  and    information  received            seemed  to  be   well  received.
 Attached  as  enclosures  are          the notes    made  by  LTC  Buzby  on  points
 covered   other  than the briefing              during  the three hours.
