 2. (S/NOFORN/WNINTEL) The contractor has fulfilled the terms
of contract DAKF27=83-C-0018. All training was completed on 22
March 1984, but the final evaluation report was not received
until 26 June 1984. The late completion was not a result of the
contractor's failure to provide contracted services, and a
mutual agreement was reached to postpone the training. The
delay in trainig was a result of the trainee's hospitalization.
The contractor accomplished the specific tasks outlined in the
classified statement of work in an exceptional and timely manner
that allowed immediate operational use of the trainee. The
reports that described the training and provided an evaluation
were delivered on a less timely basis, however, their delay did
not detract from the success of the training.
