#66: This will be a CENTER LANE Interview for 1000 hours
6 December 1983. Relax and focus your attention
now on the individual in the photograph I've shown
you. Relax and focus your attention on the morning
hours 7:00 to 8:30, 23 July 1983. Focus and
describe the individual's location to me.
#01: ..A building with a. ..light colored exterior.
Ah....ah...he's a.. .approaching it sideways, from
the side,...going through a small door, entering
it,. ..instead of walking into the building,... going
through some hallway and a...work area. It doesn't
appear to be anybody else there however. ......
Ah..some........ impression he's a.. .taking
something, stealing something, ah.... some kind of
government type information. (mumble).... have him
going through file records and things. ......

It's difficult, it's, I just get a...a standard
inverted "V" roof line with white walls, no
windows, single side door surrounded by parking lot
or parking area. ...... It's like he just slipped
into the side door and went in and didn't meet
anyone, went through some hallways just like in an

//01: Ah ...... smaller than what I would consider norm,
six tables, counter, sits at the table, he's not
eating anything, he's drinking something. Ah...

#66: Describe the things he has with him.
#01: His a .......... got a case, case of some sort with
a.... some kind of important papers, they're in an
envelope, there's 7 or 8 of them.
#66: Okay, what else does he have besides the case?
#01: Ah.... see an object 1 by 1 inch by 6 inches,
obviously that's a case as well. Ah..inside is
a...very small circuit board. Looks like some kind
of device of some kind, electronic device.
#66: Does he do anything with this small 1 by 1 by 6?
#01: .............Wrapped it in something and dropped it
on the floor, his napkin or his cloth or
something ..... along with some papers of some kind,
rolled up.
#66: What else does he have with him?
#01: ......... See a flip up black armarture type thing
with an antenna sticking out of it, built in the
corner of his case. He's got a gun with him.
#01: ...I'm looking here ........... Kind of a letter,
what I call letter but it's not a letter in the
formal sense, it's something else.

#01: No, that's inside his coat pocket or his jacket
pocket. That's all I get.

#66: Okay. Let's go in time just a little bit different
to when he first arrives in the restaurant, to when
he very first arrives in the restaurant.
#01: .....He's a...it's really strange, I had a
strange...let me try to recapture that. There's
something different here. .......... It's like he

or having getting up and going somewhere and
getting this case, but I can't tell where it is,
cause all I see are 4 walls, they're blank.
#66: Okay. As he walks in, just as he walks in,
inventory the items he carries with him.
#01: He's carrying a briefcase, which is aside from the
papers is essentially empty. He goes .into the back
of this place to a room with 4 blank walls, and
that's where the case is. Turns around, opens the
door and leaves and leaves an envelope with papers
in it on the counter, on the table in this room
with 4 walls. He goes black out through the
restaurant, sits down. There's something in this
case that he doesn't want and evidently that's what
he rolls in this napkin and throws away. It's
something to do with a...a..the way it's covered or
the way it's wrapped. That is the object that he
doesn't want.

#01: Wraps the piece in a napkin and throws it away.
