 it could be used to gain intelligence information.
 B.     The following were accomplished during the three years:
 (1)  A method of selecting people with psi abilities
 was initiated.
 (2)  A training program was developed and several
 persons trained to produce psi data.
 (3)  An evaluation system was developed.
 C.     The Grill Flame Program was applications oriented as
 indicated by the sponsors.
