Open AI Summary

The documents consist of a request for the establishment of a Special Access Program (SAP) called "CENTER LANE" within the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (USAINSCOM). The CENTER LANE project is an operational intelligence collection application that utilizes technology developed in the Defense Intelligence Agency GRILL FLAME Project. Due to the sensitivity of the project and the unique technology and sources involved, the request states that normal security management and safeguarding measures are insufficient, and recommends the protective sanctions afforded by SAP establishment. The request is supported by OPSEC analysts who have been providing assistance to the CENTER LANE Program Manager. The creation of the SAP is concurred with in a staff study, and it is stated that no additional personnel will be required to support the SAP.
