MEMORANDUM FOR ADCSOPS-HUMINT
SUBJECT: Points of Contact
7 April 1982
1. Per LTC Jordan, Major General Stubblebine could contact any
member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence or
the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence with whom he is
acquainted.
2. I also informed me that Major General
Stub a ine could contact any member of the House Permanent
Select Committee on Intelligence with whom he is acquainted.
3. The two key staff members are:
Ms Annette Smiley (HPSCI)
Mr. Herb Kline (SSCI)
4, Minimum-staffing to continue the program would be the
existing seven (7) personnel.
