Open AI Summary

This document, released by the CIA's Stargate program, provides information about remote viewing for participants. Remote Viewing (RV) is described as the process by which a person can perceive characteristics of a location without the use of electronic sensing devices or photo interpretation. It is stated that RV has been successfully performed by certain individuals and that others can also learn to do it. The document outlines the general procedures for RV and states that participants may perform one or more types of RV. Participants may be asked to perform RV up to two sessions per day, but no more than three sessions per week. It is emphasized that participants have the option to choose not to perform RV at a particular time without any prejudice to their participation. The purpose of the project is to establish a program using psychoenergics, specifically Remote Viewing, for intelligence applications. The document also states that there is no evidence of any adverse physical, psychological, or social effects from participating in RV. The confidentiality of participants' involvement in RV will be maintained according to the protocol. The document includes signatures and dates of witnesses present during the explanation and participant's opportunity for questions.
