 TRANSCRIPT SUMMARY
 REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-52
 1. (S/NOFORN) Source #07 provided the following information regarding
the vicinity of UTM coordinates at 150830 May 1981 at the
 target.
 SG1A
 a. Source reported a low flat area having a mountain range to the
 northeast.
 b. A very large circular shape was observed "dead center" in the low
 area.
 c. A small tightly located complex of buildings or trailors having
some sort of electronic purpose associated with antenna and a dish shape.
Source believed this to comprise a remote site because not much else that was
man made was observed in the area.
d Source observed a verticle cylinder shape associated with metal
structural shapes and "monstrous" pipe. shapes.
 e. Source observed a bright glow, fire, and flame such as would be
associated with the launch of a rocket, and felt a bright heat. Source
perceived that the ring shape (sketch #2) was associated with this activity
 in some undescribed manner.
 f. After searching the area methodically, source reported seeing no other
 activity that would attract attention.
 2. (S/NOFORN) On 291200 May 1981, Source #07 reported no activity, but rather
a "decline in energy, like things being shut down; finished; complete."
 a. Source reported a perception of noises subsiding, reduced responsibility,
less tension. Source reported that "something (was) at least temporarily over
 with."
 b. Source stated the site area (observed earlier) was "highly technical."
Source did not see a lot of people associated with the site, but did see
 some people.
