1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information on the whereabouts of an unidenti-
fied individual in a photograph.
2. (S/NOFOR N) The remote viewer's impressions of the target. are provided
as raw intelligence data, and, as such, have not been subjected to any
intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of
the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
the remote viewing session. No drawings were made by the remote viewer
reference his impressions of the target. At TAB A is target cuing information
provided the remote viewer.
5. (S/NOFORN) This session was conducted concurrently with Session DC-45
on 150900 Dec 80.

I saw a very close-up of hands...doing something...
I noticed a red glow of light near the hands... I thought
for a moment it had to do with locks, security... I tried to
look closer and I saw no locks...something that had to do
with security.

very close look at him so that you know who he is and you can
stay with him. You know him well by this time. We're going

as though he's sitting in...a vehicle or a helicopter or some-
thing. Brown, yellowish brown boots on, dark trousers....
Seem to be papers in his hand...

#07: I was aware of a...crowd... It looks like some kind, some kind
of barrier to hold back a crowd... thought he was in the crowd...
Saw yellow colors... .yellow sawhorses..... Appears like he's
...in a crowd of people...about middle-aged.....
#66: Okay. What about this image of him sitting down, and his
surroundings around this time. Can you fit the two together
at all? Exactly 12 noon, exactly 12 noon on the 13th,
Saturday the 13th.
#07: I don't know, I can't help but see him... I'm viewing upwards,
my.eye is about two inches off the floor, I'm down at boot
level. I see boots and knees way ahead of me. Looking up I
can see his...his hand and some paper. Tried to figure out who
+22 he was... Very peaceful image of a shoreline. and little wave
at the water, cool breeze. Thought somebody was on the shore-
line with smaller buildings to the left and a industry building
up to the. right. I flashed... the barrier scene. Seemed to be
a street between tall buildings, and the whole street was
blocked off, more people behind it. (Mumbling) I'm on this
side where there is no crowd, looking toward the barriers and
crowd, but...suddenly saw a close-up of him shoulder to shoulder
with people.

#66: That's very good, though. I really appreciate the way in
which you described your experience. That was a very good
description of how your experience went, very good. Let's mcu e
now one more day to the 14th of December to Sunday the 14th of
December. And this time let us focus in the most significant

#66: Yes, in his...in his world, in his concept, in his reality,

#07: At one point I saw him. By the way, he looks just like about
140, 45 pounds... He's not a big man. He's lying in a crawl
position next to a...light tone vertical surface. I tried to
look close, see what he was doing. The whole thing faded.
I saw hands a moment later... that...I assume were his...
Something long, fits in the hands, uh, maybe like a screwdriver
or somethin'. Feeling of...small tool, 10, 15 inches long
(mumbling).

imaginary imagery go by that's kinda domestic.

#07: Saw a bathroom and looking down on the bathroom from, uh,
about 7, 8 feet in the air. I didn't see him, but I was looking
for him and I don't know why I saw that. I wandered around
inside the garage...but I couldn.'t connect the hands with the...
(mumble)...the kitchen and also but I couldn't see (mumbling)
hands at the same time... (mumbling).

December, Monday, the 15th of December and the most significant

neighborhood...stand there...seeing wet pavement... I don't
feel cold... I'm having a little difficulty getting close to
him... Can't get anything on how he thinks or...nothing on his
person at all.

#66: Let's move now to the 16th of December, the 16th of December.

1. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session the remote viewer was shown the attached
photograph and told that his mission would be to focus on 12 Dec 80 and the
individual in the photograph.
2. (S/NOFORN) During the session the viewer was asked to scan the period
of 12-17 Dec 80 and report the location and activity of the individual in
the photograph.
