 REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION D-35
 1.  (S/NOFORN)  This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
 compliance with a request from SOD, J3, OJCS, Pentagon, Washington, DC.
 The purpose of the session was to provide information relevant to the
 hostage situation in Iran.
 2.  (S/NOFORN)  The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided
 as raw intelligence data, and, as such, have not been subjected to any
 intermediate analysis, evaluation or collation.  Interpretation arid use of
 the information provided is the responsibility of the requestor.
 3.  (S/NOFORN)  The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
 Girll Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (5), undated.
 4.  (S/NOFORN)  Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during
 the remote viewing session.  At TAB A are drawings made by the remote viewer
 reference his impressions of the target site.  At TAB B is target cuing
 information provided the remote viewer.
 5.  (S/NOFORN)  The remote viewer was asked to find COL Tom Schaefer and
 describe his surroundings.  The viewer described a metal framework tower at
 this location.  He felt that Schaefer was located on the ground floor of
 some building with metal bars on the windows. The viewer mentioned another
 hostage nearby, with swollen feet.  He could not identify this hostage.
 He also gave a brief description of physical security at this location.

 #14:         This will be a remote viewing session for 9 September 1980.
 Mission time is 1000 hours.
 All right #08.5, the time is now 1000 hours.  Your mission
 for today is to find COL Tom Schaefer.  I want you to describe
 his surroundings and location.  I want you to now to relax,
 relax, focus your attention on Tom Schaefer.
 +07     #08.5:      I got Tom sitting on a chair.  It appears to be daylight.
 I keep getting a..... image of a tower near the building
 he's in.  It's..uh..metal..uh..framework.  Don't see
 any antennas on the tower or looks like it.....might be
 some kind of watch tower or something.  Associated with
 Tom I saw speakers.... electronics stuff.  He's got shorts
 on that come almost to his knees.  Putting on a little
 weight.
 4- 10     #08.5:      I...umm...playing with a word or a name F-A-N or an M FAN
 there may be an M and there's 3 or 4 more letters, F-A-S-S
 ..umm..... there's a stack of carpets near him and one fancy
 Persian type hanging on the wall.  I think it's..uh..it
 might be a display to sell, not just decoration.  Lots of
 carpets...lots of rugs.....building seems very old......
 I have been trying to get Tom's attention.  Seems very
 passive...uh...my head hurts...right behind the left car.

 the area trying to find something that..uh..help me......
 know where this is.  I...I saw some pressed board, pressed
 board...chip board packing crates...with red English letters
 ...stenciled on 'em.  Inch high letters.... something about
 17 and.words....I saw...I see, I see, I see...25-28 year
 old short guy with..uh..weapon strapped over his right arm

 leaning against th:,uilding.  Seeing over his right.......
 shoulder....it's..got a very tall front sight on it.
 X20      #08.5:    There's..uh..someone nearby...with swollen feet .........
 ...elegant decorator chair, man with, with swollen feet
 sitting in...uh...ornate decorator's chair, ornate, antique
 I think.  The material was once elegant but it's old and
 scratched.

 #08.5:    The man, the man with swollen feet seems to be..uh..hostage.
 Can't get a, can't get a look at his face...uh...I sense it
 ....his late 30s or 40s.
 #08.5:    1 saw something weird.  I got a image of a man from..uh..
 at the chest cavity up....floating over there looking at
 me ...dark, slightly curly hair, no beard, late 20s or
 early 30s.  It's an..... uh .................................

 I don't know what he was doing there, but he's gone.
 Somebody was looking at me....uh...he was there, but he
 wasn't there.  For some reason, I've seen more graphic words
 and numbers flying in front of me than I've ever seen.  I
 think....can't make them out.  Don't know the significance
 or,.. .printed words arsd numbers....ummmm......Tom seems
 very quiet and passive and kind of resigned to the
 situation.  It doesn't seem to bother him anymore........
 That rnan.....he's standing there looking at carved ...uh...
 statues of eagles...uh...trying to figure it out.  It's
 probably some kind of overlay from his...uh...rank...uh...
 looked like ...uh...looked like little wood carvings........
 styalized eagles.  Somehow, I feel Tom is good with his
 hands.  He has some degree of creativity helping him to
 cope.  But, I can see out the window there ..............
 was wondering what keeps him in here .... while, I'm aware of
 ...uh...steel bars because he seemed to be on. the ground
 floor...... there appears to be no guards in the room, just
 ..uh..one near the end of the building there.  Uh....there's
 a bunch over there....at another building nearby..... guards
 or...uh...militants, whatever.

 fractured pieces ...uh...

 hallways...so I just don't know how they lie;there's he
 ground floor........

 #08.5:       No.  You know, it doesn't do us any good to have any
 drawings with the person I saw with the very swollen,
 swollen feet.
 #14:         Okay.  Where was this person located?  Was........
 ##06.5:      1 thought about 10 feet away from him.  I was looking at
 him from the front and then off behind him and to my right
 I saw this person.  I don't know if he's in the same room
 or not, but I felt it was a hostage, and then I got this
 very strange thing.  I don't know what that was.  I saw
 a upper torso of a man just floating in the air, just
 looking at me, dark curly hair, no beard.

 TARGET CUING INFORMATION
 REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION D-35
 1.  (S/NOFORN)  The remote viewer has been exposed to open source news media
 information as well as classified overhead imagery and numerous photographs of
 hostage personnel.  He knew he would be working against the hostage situation
 in Iran.
 2.  (S/NOFORN)  At the time of this session the remote viewer was shown the
 attached photograph, and was asked, to find COL Tom Schaefer.  He was asked
 to describe Schaefer's location andiidentify any other U.S. hostage personnel
 at this location.
