Summary:

This document is a report from the Stargate program requesting an evaluation of unconfirmed source information. The source was asked to describe a target in a specific location, and the following information was obtained:

- The target is a one-story building with a peaked roof and an overhang jutting through the side of a fence. There are boxes stacked against the fence at the corner of the building. The interior is described as having windows along one side, supporting posts down the middle, exposed rafters, tile or concrete flooring, and being essentially empty.

- In the vicinity of the building, there are many big tubes resembling giant rolls of paper, stacked haphazardly on pallets. It is unclear if these tubes are inside or outside of a building.

- There is a road in front of the building covered in what appears to be sand.

- Behind the smaller building, there is an extremely large building or structure at least five stories high, crossing the entire area. In front of it is an asphalt area cluttered with objects in disarray. The large building is described as white, made of concrete and steel, and has no visible signs of windows or doors but does have a large winged overhang.

- Next to the large building, there is a crane-like object and a camper-like truck. No people are observed, except those operating the camper-like vehicle.

The source could not determine the purpose of the building and mentioned that it is located in the middle of nowhere. The request for evaluation includes comments on the accuracy and intelligence value of the information. It is noted that the source only reported on ground objects and was unaware of any airborne object of interest.
