CIA-STARGATE
PDF Scan: PDF
Open AI Summary
This document from the CIA's Stargate program outlines specific tasks to be performed over a three-year period. In the first year, selected personnel will be trained in remote viewing techniques and speech and audio analysis will be used to calibrate the accuracy of descriptions provided during remote viewing sessions. Selected personnel will also be trained on tracking techniques and the potential use of physiological monitoring to calibrate accuracy will be explored.
In the second year, the effects of autogenic training on remote viewer abilities will be examined, as well as the possibility of detecting a remote viewer's presence at a target. Efforts will also be made to find ways to prevent remote viewing access to targets and investigate a possible 90-minute cycle of hemisphere dominance on remote viewing production.
While the specific details of the tasks are redacted, it is clear that the focus of the Stargate program is on training personnel in remote viewing techniques and exploring various factors that can affect the accuracy and effectiveness of remote viewing.

FIRST YEAR
1. (S/NOFORN) Train selected personnel in the remote viewing technique.
2. (S/NOFORN) Determine if speech and audio analysis techniques can be used
to calibrate (accuracy) descriptions provided during operational remote viewing
sessions.
(S/NOFORN) Train selected personnel on tracking techniques.
*4. (S/NOFORN) Determine if physiological monitoring (brainwaves, blood flow, etc.)
can be used to calibrate (accuracy) descriptions provided during operational remote
viewing sessions.
*Recommend contractor other than SRI.
SECOND YEAR
1. (S/NOFORN) Examine the effect. of autogenic training on remote viewer's
abilities.
2. (S/NOFORN) Determine if remote viewer's "presence" can be detected at a target.
3. (S/NOFORN) Determine ways to prevent remote viewing "access" to targets.
4. (S/NOFORN) Investigate possible 90 minute cycle of R-L hemisphere dominance
on RV production.
