SUMMARY ANALYSIS 
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION CD-05 
1. (5) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in 
compliance with a request from SOD, J3, OJCS, Pentagon, Washington, DC. 
The purpose of the session was to provide information relevant to the 
hostage situation in the U.S. Embassy compound in Teheran, Iran. 
2, (5) The remote viewer's impressions of the target are provided as raw 
intelligence data and as such have not been subjected to any intermediate 
analysis, evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of the informa-
tion provided is the responsibility of the requestor. 
3. - (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document, 
GRILL FLAME Protocol AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (5), undated. 
4. (5) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the 
remote viewing session. At TABA are drawings Made by the remote viewer 
reference his impressions of the targetsite. At TAB B is target cuing 
information provided the remote viewer. 
5. (5) The remote viewer was asked to locate Bruce German and describe 
his surroundings. The viewer felt that German was no longer located in 
the city of Teheran. He felt that German is now located in some ancient 
walled city, with a prominent gateway, near a large body of water. The 
viewer stated that he perceived German to be very up tight and nervous. 
He also felt that there were two, possibly five other hostages at this 
same location.

mission time is 0900 hours.

All right #19.5 your time is now 0900 hours. Your 
mission for today is to find Bruce German. I want 
you to identify his location, describe his physical. 
and mental condition, and identify any other hostages 
at this 'same location.- ? 
- PAUSE - 
Relax, focus your attention. 
PAUSE 
4-02 #19.5: There is a corner of a long two-story building. Center 
kind of sticks out in the front. There's a ornamental 
arch in the front. High, high kind of peak in the arch. 
There's some kind of interior courtyard affect. Blue, 
blue stone. There's a blue stone in the arch. There's 
balconies and exposed walkways inside. There are rooms 
on the left side, second floor. 
? PAUSE 
-1-05 I don't think this is Teheran. It's a different city. 
It's alot hotter. Dusty. It's a very old city with an 
old wall around part of the city. Squared, squared stanchions 
like oblisk type stanchions by the old wall. ...........

a stone, stone lip going aorund the edges...........

looks like very old Roman type building, very close by....

That's all I'm getting.

this city unique, or stand out from all other cities?

+17 #19.5: Gates. The entrance through the old wall.....gate is 
very old, but in excellent condition. The entranceway 
is unique. The Roman, Roman buildings.....it's like 
there is-old Roman influence here. Very close to the 
water. 
PAUSE 
That's all the impressions I'm getting.

#14: What was Bruce German's physical condition? 
#19.5: Nervous, very nervous; can't sleep, can't eat. Very 
upset. It's a nervous shaking. ..kind of nervous condition. 
Think...uh...strain....lot of strain. That's all I get.

#19.5: Page 1. 1 felt like the city, wherever it's at, is on 
a great body of water. It's on p. great body of water. 
It's like right on the edge of the water. There's a ? 
definite Roman influence hero. You know. Like remains 
of some Roman type ruins ...part of the building and 
some sections of road, or something.....road and walls. 
There's like a section of wall where the main gate...... 
the. old entrance gate is. I got a feeling of two very. 
thick, strong,. oblisque, kind-of-affects. Like this. 
...this kind of affect......and that this was like some 
kind of an entrance gate. I realize this isn't drawn 
very well,. hut .......got ..got this kind of affect. think . 
it's important, becaUse it might be significant?to this 
particular town or whatever. 
These were stone. Felt like there was something here. 
This wall went this.way.....this was also stone... .this 
wall kind of crumbled down, you know.....and there were 
buildings back in here like this......................
