 from each source.

 - The target JC71         is a male wha is currently in
 some type of housing structure in a warm climate.  This man has
 recently been around airports ar small planes.  He helps to carry
 out illegal operations and is part of a group.  He is a somewhat
 dark individual and wears sandals.  He has successfully carried
 out dealings in his past and is aiming for an operation to be
 completed by October.  He is an anchor in a chain of events to
 take place by October.  This man's signature, sa to speak, is
 necessary when a deal goes down.  In other words, he is above
 some of the newest members in his small group.
