The target is in good condition. The vessel is associated with white rock or white rocks, probably in reference to its cargo (possibly cocaine) or is near a location with white rock chips. The vessel is in a warm location with palm plants and beach side waters. The Nataly is located in the gulf or is harbored. It seems there may be an off-loading of the contraband into one of these larger vessels in the near future (several days) and then this vessel will go into port.
