 1.   (S)   This report provides documentation of a remote viewing
 session conducted in compliance with a request from OACSI, DA.
 This office was requested to provide information concerning the

 was contacted and briefed on the INSCOM GRILL FLAME Program (IGFP).
 He was asked to provide target data and orientation information so
 that a remote viewer could be directed to provide relevant and

 2.   (S)   Although ambient room noise was very loud during this
 session, the remote viewer was able to achieve a better than
 usual state of relaxed concentration.  The remote viewer was told

 geographic coordinate.   The viewer's images appear to be relevant
 to the target site.   (See TAB B)
 3.   (S)   The protocol used for this session is detailed in the
 document, GRILL FLAME Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing
 Protocol(S), undated.
 4.   (S)   Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions
 during the remote viewing session.  At TAB A are drawings made by

 ship of the one thing to another.  Facing North.

 you sit up and draw, I want to give you the
 opportunity to say anything that you might want
 to say about this target.   Anything that you feel
 you'd like to add.

 I really didn't hear it until you mentioned it.

 #28:      So we did our session.   Okay.   Now the. . at the
 bottom of the page there is the separate drawing
 of a fence that you drew, bottom, Page 1.
 #7:       Um hm.
 #28:      Now, did you see that in association with the (not
 audible)?
 #7:       No.   It just came on very bright like it was a
 .  .  . red hot.   Red hot.  White hot.
 #28:      Okay.
 #7:       It came on glowing and there was another section,
 I see it now, there was another section to the left.
 And I thought well this is .  .  . this is symbolic
 - I'll come back and take another look at that in
 a minute.

 #7:      But I got a very strong feeling of wide openness
 here.   I looked for garrison and I couldn't find
 garrison.   I had a feeling the greatest concentra-
 tion, I think, was off to the right.

 #7:      And I think I was looking North (not audible).
 #28:     Is there any other comments you want to make about
 your drawings?
 #7:      No.   I don't .  .  . I had trouble with trying to
 decide what was overlay and what was .  . real,
 which was kind of interesting.
