Open AI Summary
Summary: Lt. Fred Atwater and Maj. Murray Watt of the CIA's INSCOM GRILL FLAME Project visited AMSAA at Aberdeen Proving Grounds on January 12, 1979. Their purpose was to receive an update on AMSAA's GRILL FLAME Project, review session tapes for ideas, and review remote viewing film. AMSAA reported success in target selection and precognition exercises. The terminology used in the exercises was discussed, with changes made to create a more relaxed atmosphere. There was not enough time to review AMSAA's news film, so the CIA borrowed it to review later. Other topics discussed included the CIA's program status, potential problems, the need for management interference-free, and the exchange of beneficial literature. Both parties agreed that the visit was productive and planned to stay in touch.
