SUBJECT : OTS Support to Research in Parapsychology
I recently saw a copy of the minutes of the twelfth meeting
of the Human Resources Committee Research and Development Sub-
committee of 20 September 1976. This was the meeting in which
some OTS people briefed the Committee on our past support to
parapsychology research. I note _in paragraph three of the
minutes the statement was made that "...enough empirical evidence
existed to warrant further research in this area." I think you
know my position on this, but just in case there is some con-
fusion I want to make myself clear. OTS will not support any
 further research in parapsychology.
