Open AI Summary
According to a memorandum from December 1974, the Stanford Research Institute's contract for perceptual augmentation techniques is being expanded. The CIA wants to use medical, psychological, and paranormal ability tests to analyze an important asset. The evaluation of these tests is still ongoing, but there is pressure to complete the characterization of the asset quickly. The SRI contract will be increased and additional funding will be provided to run the tests. An estimated 30-day extension is needed to complete the extra studies.
