 At the morning meeting on 4 February, I
 advised Duckett and Steininger that we had re-
 ceived several requests for information or
 briefings relative to what we were doing in the
 ESP world.  I indicated that it was my policy
 to deny any information to outsiders, although
 we would be happy to keep internal offices
 appropriately advised.  Neither Steininger nor
 Duckett saw anything wrong with that position.
