 I came across this partially completed study by

 Mr.     (our COMSEC instructor at the NCSohool)
 and thought it might be of some interest to you.
 Mr            is doing all of the work during free
 time  basically lunch hours) and the attached pages
 are, therefore, not a finished product.
 If what he has written comes to pass, then there
 may be a new threat to COMSEC in this decade.
 Inclosure B appears to contain the heart of the
 study.

 to glance over it in any free time you may have.
