SUBJECT: SUN STREAK Progress Report (U)
 1. C/NF) A meeting of the Military Intelligence Board (MIB) is
currently being scheduled far May, and 1 would Ifke to use that
meeting to obtain a status report of the SUN STREAK Program for
all MIB members. This would be about the mid-point prior to the
August briefing to the MIB on your final results and
recommendations. The May status review should focus on the study
plan that Army has developed for the protect (ta include the
criteria for evaluating SUN STREAK activities, the key milestones
met and stipulated in the program, and management procedures
established for program oversight) and a review of results and
any tentative conclusions at this mid-paint. A 20-minute segment
will be set aside for your presentation.
 2. (C/NF) 1 want the MIB to focus particularly on the criteria
that have been established for evaluation of the SUN STREAK
Program; consequently, it is requested that any existing written
materials or briefing papers be made available to the MIB members
about a week prior to the meeting. I am sure all the other MIB
members will be interested in your in-progress review of SUN
STREAK. In the near future, DIA's NFIB-MIB office will be
determining the precise data of the May meeting; all members will
be informed once the date is selected.
