SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
- President Bush will continue to wait ,the intense
situation out. He will not launch an attack on Iraq.
Huessin will not move politically or militarily in the
very near future.
There will be some type of break in the situation in the

next couple of days due to Huessin agreeing to some
of formal talks.
At this time, Huessin will not back out of
Kuwait.
Also, the old regime of Kuwait will not return
to power.
Huessin has Saudia Arabia's oil wells targeted if a war
should occur.
Shell Oil Company located in eastern'Saudi Arabia is a
high vulnerability point for a terrorist attack.
