1. (S/NOFORN) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in 
compliance with a request for information on a target of interest to USI.

2. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document, 
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (S) undated. 
3. (S/NOFORN) At TAB A is a summary of the data presented by the remote viewer 
during the session. A complete transcript of the session is available upon 
request. At TAB B are drawings made by the remote viewer reference his 
impressions of the target site. At TAB C is target cuing information provided 
the remote viewer. 
4. (S/NOFORN) The summary at TAB A represents the salient points provided by 
the remote viewer and as such has not been subjected to any intermediate anal-
ysis evaluation or collation. Interpretation and use of the information pro-

SUBJECT: Summary of Unconfirmed Source Information Pertaining to 
SG1A 
1. (S/NOFORN) The following information was provided during an interview of 
the source at 0900 hrs on 11 Jul 80 (S). SG1A
a. The source claimed to have observed Illitismounting from a large 
bus in a downtown Manhattan type area. He was seen moving rapidly across 
a wide sidewalk to a broad expanse of steps leading to a very large, tall 
building. The bus appeared unique in that it had protrusions fore and aft 
on the roof that looked somewhat like TV antennae (see drawing #1)._

b. (S/NOFORN) The source claimed to have subsequently seen on top 
of the building leaning against a railing. The entire observation deck 
appeared to be inclosed by chain link netting. 
c. (S/NOFORN) The source stated that he saw a tall suave white-haired 
gentleman approach at the rail and talked with him. The source did not 
hear the conversation. SG1A 
2. (S/NOFORN) This data should be evaluated as soon as possible and comments 
provided to this office not later than 22 Jul 80. The comments will be used 
to evaluate the accuracy and intelligence value of the data provided by the 
source.
