SUMMARY ANALYSIS
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION #847
1. (S/NOFORN) This report provides documentation of a remote viewing
session conducted for training purposes only.
2. (S/NOFORN) Post analysis on the target viewing indicated some degree
of correlation with the viewers impressions of the area. Some of the
correlation was quite remarkable at this stage of training. The sig-
nificant items identifiable to the target were almost all noted by the
viewer. Even though he did not specifically call a pool in the aquarium
an aquarium pool, he did produce all of the significant features ident-
ifiable to an aqaurium pool.
3. (S/NOFORN) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the do-
cument Standard Remote-Viewing Protocol (Remote Target) by Harold E.
Putthoff and Russel Targ, November 1978.
4. (S/NOFORN) Following is a statement for lost transcript. TAB A is
drawings made be the remote viewer reference his impressions of the
target. TAB B are the folders describing his target and pictures.
TAB C is the target cuing information utilized for targeting the remote
viewer.

REMOTE VIEWING SESSION #847
I. (U) A transcript for Session #847 is not available due to a
malfunction with the tape recording device. The malfunction was
not noticed till some time following termination of the session
and therefore is non-correctable.
2. (S/NOFORN) Viewer described some sort of a structure constructed
from ?a framework of wood and aluminum. He described slabs of concrete
a large lake type body of water which appeared to be elevated above
the ground level. He described a small dam, but the sides kept changing
from concave to convex lines. He stated that there was a falsh of a road
sign "Interstate #41". He reported small roads, canals, trees, pools of
water, and a great body of water on the horizon. All water areas were
manmade and elevated, but he could not decide if they were of concrete or
not. He reported a small water fall and maintenance type personnel who
were concerned with water levels and reading control type instruments.
Dirt mounds were also reported.
3. (S/NOFORN) The actual target was the Miami Seaquarium on Rickenbacker
Causeway and the bay. Correlation is clearly represented by the diagrams
and pictures in the seaquarium handout.
